A program placement, not a lease
Dream Independent Living operates structured supportive and transitional housing throughout Metro Atlanta and surrounding communities. Participants enter under a participant program agreement and pay a monthly program fee — this is a supportive housing placement, not a rental tenancy.
Placements are furnished and utility-inclusive, with a live-in housing manager at each property serving as the on-site point of contact for participants.
